When was the last time you went to an in-person conference? Well, it’s time. The American Society of Pharmacy Law is meeting in person (and virtually) this year in Summerlin, Nevada for its 32nd Annual Pharmacy Law Seminar. The team at ASPL has again gathered industry experts from around the country to provide guidance on managing pharmacy legal risk and compliance.

DPLXXXII Seminar
Summerlin, NV
November 4-7, 2021

This year, I’ll be presenting a DEA update with former Drug Czar James Carroll and former Acting Administrator of the DEA Uttam Dhillon. We will address practical considerations associated with operationalizing and implementing the changes to DEA reporting and compliance obligations. Topics we’ll cover include suspicious order identification and reporting processes, Power of Attorney delegation processes/models, CSOS enrollment for retail pharmacies, and exclusion checking.

We will also address general policy matters related to the opioid crisis and the broader prescription drug epidemic, including prevention and treatment initiatives and national and global enforcement priorities.

Hope to see you there!
